GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME

The Trainee Programme is the annual SEAT S.A. programme to attract and develop high-potential recent graduates to tackle the digital transformation and fill a future position in the company.

Young people with technical or business backgrounds who have completed a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with outstanding performance. International experience is highly valued. Fluent in English and Spanish. Fluency in German is also valuable.

The programme lasts for 12 months and includes 5 training periods of 2 months each: 4 in SEAT S.A. and one in a Volkswagen Group company.

In addition, the Trainee Programme includes a 2-week training period on the assembly line, 2 weeks at the dealership and 1 week in HR.

During the 12 months, you will receive guidance, tutoring and continuous feedback. Once the 12 months have finished, you will have the opportunity to join us as an employee.

The selection process for the Trainee Programme takes place once a year to fill all the available positions at the same time. The selection process consists of 4 phases:

• ONLINE TEST
• INTERVIEW
• ASSESSMENT CENTER
